Reza Kad, Managing partner & Founder

Reza's interest in media and technology, combined with a strong entrepreneurial drive and vast contact network, has lead to the founding of breakthrough ventures: DX3, SpinJack and WireJack. Reza Kad is an early pioneer of European digital distribution of media. He founded DX3, (Digital Distribution Domain) in 1998.

Reza was the first to recognize and establish relationships with Liquid Audio and Microsoft's Windows Media for the European market. DX3 has launched many successful on-line promotion campaigns for artists such as Britney Spears, Craig David, Eagle Eye Cherry, Stereophonics, BBMack and many more. DX3 was also the first company to provide commercial downloads from a major record company, EMI recorded music, in Europe. DX3 was sold to New Media Spark in March 2000 for £29 million. Reza continued to serve as executive member of the board until June 2001. In Nov 2001, Reza and Tim Todreas founded SpinJack, a music publishing and production company. Today, SpinJack is involved in several media-related businesses. In summer 2003, Reza co-founded WireJack. WireJack is delivering content applications to several operators such as: Verizon, Alltel, US Cellular, and 8 other US operators. Reza is serving as advisor to several other companies.

In early 1995, after his studies in the computer sciences, Reza began his Internet experience when he started his own IT consulting company, serving such clients as Sweden's Chamber of Commerce. Reza has a great interest in the music industry and it began at an early age as a songwriter, producer and manager. He has been nurturing his interest by attending international music conferences and exhibitions through the years.
